Please note, due to COVID safety concerns, returns and exchanges are currently being considered on a case-by-case basis. Sale items are considered final sale and will not be accepted for return.
Our standard return policy is as follows:
Venus Rising will accept returns within 7 days of purchase with original receipt for a full refund. Merchandise must be in original unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all tags attached.
We ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days once the order is placed. We ship via USPS or UPS, you will receive an email with tracking numbers letting you know your order is on the way.
Please Note: Your billing and shipping address MUST match the credit card used. If the zip code and/or CVV do not match, the order will be cancelled.
Venus Rising will accept your return request within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for a RA number. If you live in the WNY area, you can return in-person, within 7 days from delivery date, at no additional charge. Returns received without an RA number or post marked after 7 days from date of issue will be refused.
If mailing back yourself, please ensure that you have the RA number and that it's post marked within 7 days of receiving. Please mail back (we suggest UPS, FedEx or USPS insured for the full amount) to the given address upon communication of return. We are not responsible for lost return packages initiated by the consumer.
Intimates, jewelry, and sale items are FINAL SALE.
Full price items purchased with a GIFT RECEIPT can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all tags attached.
